She is an expert in brand and marketing strategy, customer lifecycle marketing and measurement, designing seamless end-to-end customer experiences, and developing and nurturing partnerships.
In her time at American Express, Jill had the opportunity to work with leading digital partners including Facebook, Twitter, Uber, TripAdvisor and Airbnb to design, launch and market digital products that enhance Card members' lives.
