Doris is a consumer and business to business executive with more than 20 years of experience in building and transforming products and experiences that delight consumers and change lives.  She has held strategic roles at iconic companies including American Express, the NBA, and Nike.  Doris is known as a staunch consumerist and change agent at the intersection of consumer data, omni-channel, digital, and technology.  She brings a strategic mindset, equal parts art and science, as well as world-class execution and go to market prowess.  She is passionate about building and leading diverse and integrated teams across disciplines towards audacious consumer and shareholder outcomes with a proven track record across large-scale cultural transformations.

Most recently, Doris was the Head of Consumer Loyalty and Membership at Nike Inc.  Prior to Nike, Doris spent two years at the National Basketball Association (NBA) serving as their first SVP of Consumer Data & Loyalty with a mission to both acquire and engage worldwide fans.  Before coming to the NBA, Doris spent 16 years at American Express.  In her last role, she led the Digital Product organization. 

Doris was named one of 25 Most Influential Women in Payments in 2016 and has been the recipient of American Express’ Centurion Circles Award three times and a Chairman’s Award for Innovation winner in 2008 and 2014.   Doris is a passionate advocate for women and girls, most recently she has been named as a board member to USA for UNFPA, the United Nations organization for sexual and reproductive health and rights agency.
